The service we received from Baraka and Natalie was nothing short of exceptional. Baraka went beyond our expectations to sell our property and then helped us buy. The professionalism showed by Baraka and Natalie is 1st rate and there was nothing that was too much trouble. I spoke with three companies/agents before, I made my decision to go with Michelle from Belle, & the main reason I chose Michelle was she had, out of the box ideas to precent/sell my home & a real passionate hands on positive approach.
The sale went well with a good campaign up front, passed over at auction, however sold with in days, for a record price in the area.
I was overseas, handed Michelle my house on the 12th April(including moving my furniture out & +++), the house sold and received deposit 15th May, Great outcome.
