Amr Bakry was a true caring sincere professional. We agreed on an marketing sales strategy and he guided me through out the entire process. Despite the auction being a non-event due to certain constraints of tenants still living in the apartment, and picky first home buyers, he was agile enough to quickly change sales strategy to a private treaty (even before the auction day came). Considering the tough market, we were able to miraculously secure one interstate buyer who fell in love with the apartment, and he negotiated a fair outcome for me. If you ever want an honest, due-diligent and professional agent who will fight hard for you and continuously communicates with sales progress updates, you cannot go wrong with Amr.

Stuart, has been terrific. I would recommend him as an agent. We had a difficult property to market and he and his team have done a wonderful job.

As a long distant client (I'm in SA and the house - Qld), he was most helpful keeping me up to date with simple things such as yard maintenance. Stuart recommended we take on professional photography for the home, which I feel was influential in helping to find a motivated buyer.
